Quizaday (quiza.day) is published and operated by Juga Entertainment S.L., Carrer Bailèn 11, 08010 Barcelona, España, NIF B66599044 (“Juga Entertainment”). Contact: info@unquizalgiorno.com. This is also the contact address for Quizaday.

2. The service

Quizaday provides free quizzes, games and tests for entertainment and editorial purposes. No account is required, and the current service does not offer personal profiles or player leaderboards.

Personality and aptitude-style tests are entertainment. They are not psychological, medical, diagnostic, professional or scientific assessments and should not be used to make decisions that require advice from a qualified professional.

3. Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass its technical safeguards, attempt unauthorised access, systematically extract content, misuse automated systems or reuse protected material without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, trademarks, images and other materials belong to Juga Entertainment or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, trademarks, images and works are used subject to applicable rights, licences or exceptions. Interactive quiz technology is provided through Juga.io.

Public access to content does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit it.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content or features for editorial, technical, legal or security reasons.

6. Third-party services and links

The site uses Juga.io for interactive quizzes and Vercel for hosting. External links and services are subject to their operators' terms and privacy information. A link does not imply endorsement of all content on the linked site.

Google Analytics is optional and loads only with your consent. Google AdSense advertising is not currently activated on Quizaday.

7. Liability

Content is provided for entertainment and general information. Although we take care in preparing it, we cannot guarantee that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Juga Entertainment is not liable for indirect loss caused by misuse of the site or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction available to consumers under the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
